If you haven’t already heard, Excision is a DJ and producer that is dedicated to the Bass Music scene and its loyal Dubstep community. He is the mastermind behind both the Bass Canyon and Lost Lands festivals, which is home to hundreds of thousands of headbangers. If anyone knows how to play to the back of the crowd, Excision does! He has headlined over 1000 earth shattering shows and legendary festivals in every corner of the globe. To date, Excision has unleashed 5 incredible full length albums and countless EPs, singles and mixes accumulating well over 2 billion online streams. WOW! Imagine vibing out to bangers like “Feel Something (With I Prevail) or his filthy new song “Reasons” with The Devil Wears Prada and Wooli. During his epic career, he has released hundreds of other artists’ music across his new record label Subsidia, so expect to not only hear industry heavyweights but a unique showcase of bass music’s rising stars!

Bass Canyon 2023 Lineup
The lineup at Bass Canyon for 2023 was as exciting as ever before – if not more!! From established bass superstars to emerging trailblazers, the 5th edition of the festival features mad talent. Bass Canyon’s headlining acts include Pendulum, Black Tiger Sex Machine, GRiZ, Dion Timmer, Kompany, Sullivan King, DJ Diesel, SVDDEN DEATH, Space Laces, and HALIENE.
But that’s not all! Atliens, Black Tiger Sex Machine, Boogie T, and Dirt Monkey are topping the bill and a unique showcase of bass music’s rising stars are taking to the “World’s Most Beautiful Music Venue” this August.
The legendary Knife Party also played a special sunset set surrounded by scenic views of the Columbia River Gorge. Meanwhile, Excision is back with his patented “Detox” and a very special B2B performance with a surprise guest – which is blurred out from the lineup. Exciting stuff!
