Gorge Amphitheatre and staff want nothing more then for every guest to have a safe and relaxing visit to the venue. In order to create this fun-filled atmosphere, they’ve created a set of rules and policies that all guests are expected to follow. Please take the time to read and review the rules and policies below. Guests found in violation may be asked to leave without refund.

ADA Ticket Policy

Gorge Amphitheatre does have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does often sell out. They have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase your tickets.
If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the seat you originally purchased, we strongly recommend calling the venue prior to the day of the show to exchange your purchased tickets for accessible seating. Tickets are based on availability and the venue cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits one seat for the guest with the accessible needs and one seat for a companion. All seats require tickets.

Bag Policy

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, Gorge Amphitheatre has implemented the following bag policy: they will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).

Camera Policy

SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that they will be allowing cameras in.

Cashless Payment

All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site at the Guest Services Booth to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Cell Phone Policy

Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Child Policy

For all ages shows, children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap. Please check age restrictions carefully when purchasing tickets.

Designated Driver Policy

Gorge Amphitheatre concessionaire offers free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the designated driver booth at the Guest Services location to the right of the main stage.

Service Animal Policy

Like many venues and other large places of assembly, the Gorge has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. The Gorge’s policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
The Gorge requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Smoking or Vape Policy

It is illegal to smoke in all indoor public places and workplaces in Washington State.
While the venue does not restrict smoking on the lawn- if guests around you are complaining they will ask you to smoke in the plazas. Gorge Amphitheatre appreciates your cooperation.
