Country music star Eric Church has produced nine highly acclaimed studio albums. The singer-songwriter emerged in 2005 and signed with Capitol Nashville. The 2006 effort spawned the hits “Guys Like Me” and “Two Pink Lines,” which peaked at number 7 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart while settling at a cool 29 on the Billboard 200. After selling over a million copies, the album eventually earned platinum status in the U.S.
After his phenomenal debut, The Chief released several more chart-performing records. During the 2010s, Church dropped three number 1 albums, The Chief (2011), The Outsiders (2014), and Desperate Man (2018). Meanwhile, his 2015 effort, Mr. Misunderstood, peaked at number 2 on both the Billboard 200 and Top Country Albums chart.
In 2021, Church released his latest record, Heart & Soul. The album’s lead single, “Stick That Into Your Country song,” earned Church his tenth Grammy nomination. Meanwhile, the album peaked at 3 on the Top Country Albums and 5 on the Billboard 200. Church received Top Country Tour Honouree from the Billboard Music Awards the following year.
